Discount Card
The Hong Kong Strings Discount Card Holder is entitled to a 10% discount on any original priced merchandise up to the value of HKD$100,000.
Trade-up Option
We offer a trade-up option on any antique instrument (over 75 years old) previously purchased from us and offer 100% of the original price towards the cost of any other instrument of greater value. For contemporary and student instruments, we offer 60-80%. Should the instrument require any repairs, or if the instrument has depreciated due to damage, a deduction will be made accordingly. We will also consider trade-in of instruments not purchased from our shop.
